Might I go so far as to suggest that, after a certain point (root directory, followed by maybe a major subdirectory) _all_ URLs are uninformative and useless? Who gives a flying fig-newton? The URL is irrelevant. The context (and text) of the link is the only relevant part of the equation.

Show me a CMS that doesn't use raw numerics for its automagically-generated URLs _and_ doesn't just plain suck, and I _may_ be curious from a purely technological level. But when you get right down to it, who the hell types in URLs to find web pages? Ever?

It's not even a "glass house" situation. It's a "straw man."
