Unfortunatley people like you are so closed minded that you don't understand what a large software company like MS does. It is impossible to please every customer although we try to. If you are refering to security, MS is the biggest target out there and with the size and complexity of the software there will always be something that somebody finds. I know what you are going to say now, "Linux doesn't have so many problems." That is because Linux is on about 3-5% of the systems in the world and virus creators want mass appeal not just 3%. I truly hopes that linux gets a bigger market share because I want to see how people react to linux virus' when they hit. MS is going to be the best protected software soon thanks to virus writers. When Linux and other systems start getting attacked MS will be the strongest software out there.
